Mr. Naraoka was born in Saitama Prefecture in 1991, he developed a passion for cooking from his student days, influenced by his chef father. Driven by the belief that "restaurants are places to spend time with loved ones," he entered the food industry with the desire to deliver an "experience" that encompasses not only the food but also the service and atmosphere. He has honed his skills over more than a decade in various establishments, including izakayas, game meat bars, and specialty restaurants serving oysters and tuna. These days, he is exploring the appeal of beef tongue, which he loves dearly. He transforms his customers' precious time into a memorable experience.
