Mr. Ishii was born in 1955 in Tokyo. He started as a bartender at a British bar during his student days and was drawn into its allure. He gained experience at Hibiya Bar and Grand Hyatt Tokyo, eventually becoming Head Bartender at Hyatt Centric Ginza in 2020. In 2021, he transitioned to the French culinary industry, taking on the role of Manager at LE JARDIN DE TWEED in 2023. His hospitality, rooted in extensive experience, captivates every visitor.
