From his home country to Hokkaido. Mr. Li fuses experience and passion to blaze new trails in Japanese BBQ
Mr. Li was born in September 1978 in China. After studying abroad in Hokkaido, he gained experience in a Japanese company and met the president of his current affiliate company when he was in Sapporo. He was invited to join the newly opened branch and was assigned as the restaurant head of Yakiniku Mizuka. Drawing on the flexible sensibility and reliable work ethic he honed abroad, he dedicates himself to enhancing both the restaurant's food and its service.
