Mr. Oyama shares the appealing food culture of his hometown Hokkaido with the rest of Japan.
Mr. Oyama is a native of Hokkaido, and joined Daikokuya through a friend's introduction. At that time, the restaurant manager - who later became the general manager - took his attitude and approach to work during his part-time job seriously, an experience that greatly changed his outlook on life. After joining Daikokuya, he worked as staff at restaurants in various areas. Currently he serves as manager of the Shinjukueki Higashiguchi Branch. He shares the appealing food culture of his hometown Hokkaido with the people of Shinjuku.
