Mr. Fujiwara entered the dining industry due to his admiration for chefs he saw on cooking shows on TV.
Mr. Fujiwara was born in 1981 in Hokkaido, and wanted to join the world of cuisine due to the admiration he felt for chefs while watching cooking shows on TV. He worked at restaurants and with banquet cooking at Sapporo Park Hotel for 10 years, with a focus on French cuisine. After that, he worked as a chef at various kinds of restaurants - including French, Italian, and Spanish restaurants in Sapporo. Taking the Corona pandemic as an opportunity to change to the meaty industry, in 2022 he began working at Ginbekoya.
