His family ran a deep-fried skewer restaurant. Mr. Kondo was inspired to enter the restaurant industry by seeing his parents work.
Mr. Kondo was born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1984. Inspired by his parents, who ran a deep-fried skewer restaurant, he decided to pursue a career in the food service industry. He trained for 12 years at a Japanese BBQ restaurant and 3 years at a Chinese restaurant. He is currently working at Kobe Yakiniku Gaun. He prepares each dish with meticulous care, offering exquisite creations that provide a fresh and memorable experience with every visit.
