Okimuraya_Fumiyasu Okimura

Mr. Okimura is a native of Gifu and trained and developed his skills at a sushi restaurant that boasts over 100 years of history. His genuine and sincere character is reflected in each piece of sushi he makes, creating conventional yet pure and delicious flavors. The restaurant also features an extensive collection of Japanese sake from his hometown of Hida Takayama. He shares the unique essence of his hometown with guests through sake. He always treats guests at his restaurant with sincerity. His dishes showcase his quiet passion, which continues to charm many guests today.
