Crab Showdown: The Firm Texture of King Crab vs. The Delicate Sweetness of Snow Crab

A little trivia: Is the king crab actually not a "crab"? This might be the biggest piece of trivia: in biological classification, the king crab actually belongs to the "superfamily Lithodidae," and in terms of genetic relationship, it is closer to "hermit crabs" than to regular crabs. The simplest way to identify them is by counting their legs—true crabs have ten legs, but the king crab appears to have only eight legs (the other two are atrophied and hidden under the shell), which is also one of the reasons they can grow so large while having such elastic meat.

In addition, the crab roe of snow crab is also very rich, providing another unique flavor in addition to the delicious crab meat, making it suitable for making rice porridge or stews. Don't miss the next dish!
One of the popular dishes here, a traditional Japanese dish - crab miso baked in the shell.

I recommend trying the authentic Japanese way of eating, leaving a little leftover ingredient, and pouring sake into the crab shell to drink it together with the remaining crab roe, which becomes the classic "Kora-zake." I also recommend it as a dipping sauce for crab legs; I personally highly recommend this way of eating.
Treasure Box at the Bottom of the Sea - Wooden Box of Sea Urchin Sushi

When we drink sake in a restaurant, the staff usually fills the cup to overflowing, and the masu is also filled to the brim. Not only is it a visual delight, but it also has a story. This pouring method has a beautiful name called "盛っ切り" (Mokkiri). The intention of the establishment is very straightforward: "The hospitality is overflowing." This is a way to show enthusiasm, generosity, and sincerity, representing that the establishment is not stingy and wants to pour the best and fill it to the top for the guests.
8,888 yen per person, all-you-can-eat package strategy, crab tycoon

Strategy Suggestions: This is a race against time, so it's recommended to first attack the "Boiled Matsuba Crab"—the source of happiness. Interspersed with the smoky flavor of charcoal-grilled dishes to change up the taste, and finally, gently finish with sushi.
・Soul Main Character: Boiled Matsuba Crab
・Appetizer: Rich crab roe potato salad, sizzling "Crab Roe Shell Grill" over charcoal.
・Guilty Fried Food: Crab meat cream croquette that bursts when bitten.
・Five Senses Charcoal Grill : Fresh and sweet large clams, grilled squid that becomes more fragrant the more you chew.
・Final Chapter: Seafood sushi series, fresh and sweet crab meat miso soup.
*The sake in the photo is not included in this package and must be ordered separately.

Per person 8,888 JPY (excluding tax. In Taipei, this price might only buy a few crab legs, but here, you can be a crab millionaire). Moreover there are over 30 types of drinks available, including unlimited draft beer. Please note: limited to 100 minutes (last order time is 20 minutes before). For sake lovers, you can add Worry-Free Tipsy Version: For an additional 1,650 JPY, you can enjoy unlimited sake.
If you don't know how to order and want an all-you-can-eat option to relieve travel fatigue, just mindlessly choose this set.
